I am a holistic personal and business coach, consultant and trainer. I have been certified in Soulwavework (a multidimensional system for directly experiencing all-providing, loving power in our lives using breathwork, sound, movement and many other modalities, which required 300 hours of training), Shamballa energy healing, and The Healing Codes, and have received additional training in wellness and whole foods nutrition, empathic listening, and small business development, as well as the Emotional Freedom Technique, various other energetic clearing techniques and Immunics, a yoga of immunity.

In the area of business and organizational coaching and consulting, I am a certified Level 2 consultant for Cultural Transformation Tools, a certified OnTheSystem consultant and trainer, the designer of New Directions for Business masterminding groups, and co-designer and trainer of stress elimination seminars. I specialize in best practices, communication, conflict resolution, cultural transformation and evolution, and the building of values-driven organizations. I have had 12 years of experience in helping people actualize their full potential and have many testimonials from clients (available on request). I have worked through many negative patterns in my own life and what I teach is what has worked for me. I continue to seek out insights and tools in the areas of personal, business and spiritual healing and development to transmit to my clients to further their healing and growth.

I developed "Love and Light", a customized, holistic wellness and weight loss program, and Champions International, the first and only listening and coaching network, as well as several extensive telecourses on manifestation and attraction as life skills, spiritual and real-world business-building, and spiritual awakening. I also designed a modality called Self-Guided Biofeedback, which requires no equipment and may be done at home. This process allows one to harvest the full power of their intention as well as creating the optimal inner environment for healing, relaxation and creativity.

I offer memberships in ongoing healing programs offered by the Healing Codes Institute. I'm also a source for deeply discounted nutritional products (for people, animals and plants), essential oils, personal care products, and devices for energy enhancement and protection of the home and person.

I offer a range of services all aimed at improving the quality of your life by helping you expand your experience of health, joy, success and fulfillment of your unique life purpose. To do this I show you how to access, integrate and utilize vast, powerful - and largely untapped - resources of mind, body and spirit. More specifically, I teach heart-based multi-dimensional awareness and competence – based on the alignment of body, heart-mind and soul – for the benefit of ourselves, our relationships, and our global family. In this way I wish to contribute to the creation of leaders who will help guide humanity to its next level of social and spiritual evolution in which we will co-create a world of abundance based on compassion, cooperation, radical honesty, an appreciation of diversity, social justice, and the knowledge of life's fundamental unity.

I do phone sessions as well as in-person consultations by appointment in Woodbury, CT. Sessions are between a half hour and two hours in length, depending on the type of work being done.

I also do group sessions, in person or via teleseminar or webinar, and can be hired for public speaking on holistic wellness and nutrition, personal growth and empowerment, individual and collective processes of change, spiritual evolution and life purpose.

I generally charge $200 per hour for individuals (slightly higher for businesses), billed in increments of 15 minutes, with discounts given for ongoing work and for advance payment. Barter is accepted in some cases. Session time is gifted in exchange for referrals.
